You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you create and are responsible for protecting those rights.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., for authentication or image generation APIs). While Skechr.fun itself does not store your personal data, your interaction with these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Termination of Access

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
